Beyonce Gives a Wonderful Performance With Blind Teenage Fan [Pix]

While Miley Cyrus and Rihanna are busy posting nu*de selfies on Twitter and twerking on stage, there is one singer who's truly changing the lives of her fans around her by humbleness and kindness. We're speaking frankly about Beyonce Knowles, who gave an emotional duet with one of her blind fans at one of her concerts in Perth, Australia.

In Australia last Friday, Queen Bey sauntered over to the edge of the stage, where she got down seriously to chat for an instant with 13-year-old Sophie, who is suffering from hearing and muscle difficulties as well as being blind.

“I have a very special woman here,” Beyoncé told the crowd. “Tell everybody your name, beautiful!”

“Sophie!” she squealed with delight because the audience burst into cheers for her.

The superstar continued, “Sophie, I believe I need you to simply help me sing this song. You think you sing ‘to the left, to the left '?”

Sophie did, right into Beyoncé' s own microphone, that is probably going to go in her memory bank as among the coolest thing to ever happen to her. Beyoncé was touched by Sophie's excitement, and she touched her face before getting back up to sing the song.

Sophie's big sister Ellie (who clearly deserves some type of awesome sister award) arranged everything months ago. She made a movie about Sophie, and got it to Beyoncé through the children's charity A cure for Change.

“She's never truly had the oppertunity to go to a concert as a result of logistical reasons so I made a movie about Sophie,” she said. “I believe someone as amazing as Sophie deserves to generally meet someone as amazing as you [Beyoncé].”
After the concert, Ellie said that Sophie was completely shocked and delighted by the experience. “She had no idea that she would sing with her. It had been amazing.”

She added:
“Beyoncé is her favorite … When Single Ladies came on, she jumped up and was dancing and everybody was watching her dance. She's still on cloud nine today … It had been so very important to me because there's been plenty of things in life that Sophie hasn't had the oppertunity to accomplish, but she loves music, likes to dance and likes to sing and this is just something for me to exhibit the planet how amazing she is.”
