Onigbinde said in a telephone interview with our correspondent, on Tuesday that Messi had been in consistent form since the beginning of the season. According to the former coach of the Super Eagles, psychological, physiological, technical and tactical abilities were among the parameters used by FIFA in selecting Ballon d’Or winners.
