TV presenter, Mr 265 is single and currently studying Purchasing and Supply Management. He entered Big Brother Hotshots because he always thought he could win it, when he used to watch it. ‘It’s easy to criticize people on different things, especially when you don’t know how it’s like being in their shoes,’ he says. I have watched Big Brother for a while and I have always told myself I can win the show, I can do better, but I don’t know what really goes on. So I have given myself a challenge to now step into the shoes I wasn’t wearing before and see how I will walk with them’.

Video: Reggie Rockstone is 1st GloXFactor judge to reduce all his contestants

With the exit of the Top 6 group ‘Symphony’ last Friday on the GloXFactor, Ghanaian hunk and music icon Reggie Rockstone is the first judge to be without a protegee this season. The easy-going Reggie who was mentor to all groups on GloXFactor this season has taken it in good stride and is enjoying the show. This leaves judges MI Abaga and Onyeka Onwenu in a tussle to the end as their protégées contend for the 24 million naira prize and Sony recording contract.

Nigerian Idol top8: a big night for 3 contestants,but will it save them?

Another night, and another fantastic episode of the smash reality television show, Nigerian Idol. After the rather painful departure of Joe Emmal and Amara, eight contestants are now left on the show, and they are bent on demonstrating to Nigeria that they have what it takes to be named the next Nigerian Idol.

This week the theme was centred on songs from the greatest groups of all time, from The Temptations to the Pussycat Dolls. The contestants were on fire on Sunday night and with guest judge, first lady of rap Sasha P sitting on the panel, it was truly an amazing night. Sasha told the audience, “I'm waiting to be wowed by everybody...I'm rooting for every one of them and I'm waiting to be entertained.”
