Photos: Cameroon player Headbutts his teammate during world cup match

  The Cameroonians, who lost 4-0 to Croatia were so frustrated they turned against each other...hehe. In the 90th minute of the match, Cameroon defender, Benoit Assou-Ekotto headbutted teammate Benjamin Moukandjo after exchanging several words with him. Another teammate Pierre Webo had to break the pair up since it seemed they were prepared to forget the football they came to Brazil to play and fight each other facing millions of football fans.  See more photos and the short video after the break.

Keshi Set to Dump Osaze, Azeez


Stoke City striker Osaze Odemwingie and Almeria midfielder Ramon Azeez may not see action in Saturday’s crucial World Cup Group F clash against Bosnia-Herzegovina, africanfootball.com has learned.
Osaze brought some urgency and creativity to the Super Eagles’ attack against Iran on Monday, but Nigeria coach Stephen Keshi said the former Russia-based forward defied his instructions even though he was playing an unfamiliar role.

Pastor Kumuyi shows up In £1m Movie Alongside International Stars

The Founder of the Deeper Life Church Ministry, Pastor Williams F. Kumuyi has featured in a £1 million thriller Christian movie titled Snare, where he played a function of a pastor. The movie, Snare which has been doing the making since 2010 is focused on late Hubert Adedeji Ogunde, a Nigerian actor, playwright, theatre manager and musician who died 24 years ago.

Ivory Coast beat Japan at FIFA World Cup

Team Cote d'Ivoire has defeated Team Japan at the stadium in Recife in the first round match of the group stage of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil. The match ended with the score 2:1 (0:1). After the goal by Japanese midfielder Keisuke Honda on the 16th minute, the Ivorian replied with well-placed shots by Wilfried Bony (64th minute) and Gervinho (66th minute).
