 After winning the BET awards, Ice Prince toured the U.S and Canada before returning to Nigeria on Wednesday July 24th. The Choc City Crew, friends and press were at the Muritala Muhammed International Airport to give him a surprise welcome. Later that day, Ice Prince was surprised for a second time with a welcome party by M.I at his new Lekki residence. The rap superstar was received by Chocolate city acts Victoria Kimani and DJ Caise, his music colleagues, Seyi Shay, Ezi Emela, Sam Walsh, Choc City management and a couple of friends.

9ice Makes Comeback With New Single 'Ike Kan' Featuring Don Jazzy

Multiple Award winning Nigerian Music Star, Alexander Abolore Adegbola Adigun Alapomeji Ajifolajifaola, aka 9ice is making a comeback into the industry after a long time away.

9ice is back and better than ever with a new single titled 'Ike Kan', which literally means 'One Plastic' and to this effect, the 'Gongon Aso' crooner has set August 1, 2013 as the official release date.

The song is produced by multiple award winning Nigerian beats maker, Don Jazzy and it is from his upcoming album, 'GRA (Galvanising Right Ahead)'. The single will be released online via top music retail websites.

Rihanna Breaks Down During Performance

Rihanna gave fans a rare glimpse of her softer side after she broke down in tears during a recent performance in France.  The 25-year-old started blubbing to the crowd after an emotional performance of her hit song Stay, thanking them for their continued support. ‘Lille!’ I love my French fans, I love you all so much,’ she shouted out.
But the Only Girl In The World singer soon became overwhelmed by the crowd’s warm reception and screams of excitement that she could no longer hold in her emotions.

Ghanaian Actress Deported For Shoplifting In London

Ghanaian actress and new mum Emelia Brobbey has been reportedly nabbed in the UK for shoplifting a bracelet at Piercings while on vacation in London.

According to an Accra based radio station, the incident has now landed some other Ghanaian celebs in the UK into a big trouble, as they are now faced with deportation threat.

According to reports, her host, Gloria Agyema waho is also an actress got her home raided by police when the accused actress gave it as her residence.

This led to sniffing into Gloria's immigration status by the police and they asked her to keep reporting to the station every week until a clear picture of her immgration status is ascertained.

Following the end of the chase for Big Brother housemate Selly, the Ghanaian has gone back to her boyfriend before the show started, Praye Tiatia.  Selly immediately confessed her unflinching love for him, with Praye maintaining that Selly’s well publicized love-sessions were all part of a game plan. 

‘I love Big J (Praye Tiatia) and we are not breaking up – we are even stronger together and I want to take this opportunity to say I thank him a lot for being my tower of strength – even before I return from South Africa people told him to dump me but he has been so supportive,’ Selly said.

This is contrary to recent media report, which quoted her as saying she loved BBA housemate Nando and wished he would win the show.

I am Today one of the Most influential person/people in the world because I wasn't given off to marriage before the age of 18yrs.

It scares and totally shocks me that the Senate in Nigeria (the most populous black nation in the world and Giant of Africa) would not be passing in a law ensuring that every child should compulsorily be enrolled in school.
