Instead of selling it N300, they sell it between N500- N1000. Meanwhile, Candy wants every Nigerian to have a copy of it, because of what she did in it, lol. So she announced on Facebook that they shouldn’t buy it more than N300. She’s even fighting the marketers right now and said she will bring in her team from the US for her next movie. NBC Orders Radio Stations To Suspend Ban On Nigerian Artistes

NBC just ordered radio stations to suspend the ban on Nigerian artistes.
They made some pronouncements on the COSON Vs BON/IBAN Controversy on Page 55 of The Guardian Newspaper Today (Thursday, January 9, 2013)

According to the pronouncements:

1.  BON & IBAN recognize that they are to pay artistes royalties,
2. so they are obliged to keep adequate logs of all musical works broadcast by them and make sure they are made available upon request by relevant authorities
3. All payments of musical copyright royalties shall be made to COSON
4. A joint committee of NBC, NCC, COSON, BON/IBAN will be se up to review all royalty tariffs and ensure they are fair, reasonable and according to standards

Kunle Afolayan’s ‘Oct 1′ trailer bags award

Even before it is released in the market, the much talked about film October 1, produced and directed by celebrated film maker and actor, Kunle Afolayan has won the Fiction Film Trailer Award category of the International Movie Trailers Festival Awards 2013.  An excited post on the official Facebook page of the film made the announcement recently

 “We did it! October 1 Trailer Won the best Fiction film trailer at the International Movie trailers festival.”
