After consuming a bottle of vodka, the housemates decided to play the nak-ed numbers game by sitting in a circle and following a countdown order.  When it was Dillish‘s turn, the Namibian cutie was forced to str-ip. Initially she objected saying she was too weak from the alcohol, she however caved in to the pressure and finally str-ipped.

Ghana’s Elikem also got to str-ip down as well. So did Beverly, who flashed a bit of side-boob.

According to That1960chick, fit mother of one, actress Kate Henshaw will be sharing her fitness secrets in a work-out DVD called 'Kate's Fit 4 Life', which will be released in September this year. The exercise video will be marketed in Nigeria and internationally.  Kate joins Nike Oshinowo and Oluchi Orlandi as Nigerian celebs who have their own fitness DVDs.

R.I.P: Footballer Christian Benítez dies at 27 after suffering heart attack

 Former Birmingham City striker Christian Benítez died in hospital in Qatar today from complications leading to cardiac arrest at the age of 27. The striker from Ecuador died just weeks after a £10million move to Qatar side, El Jaish.  The Ecuadorian Football Federation said on their website that Benitez 'had severe stomach pain, was rushed to a hospital, where after a few hours suffered cardio respiratory arrest, which ended his life.' Christian is survived by his wife, children and his father, former Ecuador international footballer Ermen Benítez. May his soul rest in peace..amen.

Okagbare Sets New African 100m Record

Nigeria’s Blessing Okagbare on Saturday broke the African women’s 100m record twice at the ongoing Sainsbury’s Anniversary Games in London. The rangy Nigerian sprinter coasted home in an impressive 10.86 seconds winning time in the semi-finals of the women’s 100m event to erase compatriot Glory Alozie’s 10.90secs set in 1999.

But Okagbare was not done yet as she put up another heroic performance in the final to break the African record she had set earlier in the heats to win in a time of 10.7secs ahead of second–placed Barbara Pierre of the United States – who clocked a joint personal best time of 10.85sec- and Trinidad’s Kelly-Ann Baptiste (third in 10.93secs).
